Yes. That is all. Tofu is gross. Well, cooking it is nasty, at least. I used it in a chocolate pudding last night, which came out alright. But today, I *attmepted* to marinate it and then fry (cool, saute, whatever) it in coconut oil. Bleh. It did not take in hardly enough flavor. And I did press it to get out the water. Oh, and the texture... Nasty... Lesson learned.
